SHYI key achievements

SHYI staff members have actively participated in various trainings and conferences at both national and international levels. These opportunities have significantly enhanced the skills and knowledge of our team, providing a platform to share experiences, learn from others, and strengthen our ability to serve marginalized youth effectively. In addition to external opportunities, SHYI conducts capacity-building trainings through project initiatives, networks, and collaboration with stakeholders. These efforts empower both the internal capacity of SHYI and the broader external community, ensuring a more impactful and sustainable approach to addressing the needs of marginalized youth, including sexual minority individuals.
